We understand that losing your pet is a very painful experience and you are most likely experiencing deep grief which can manifest in many forms. Please remember that we are here to serve you and we do our best to make the process seamless throughout every stage.
Our team members matter very much and if necessary, we will take a stand to protect their mental wellbeing. We believe that everyone has the right to work without being subjected to abuse.
If any customer interaction becomes heated, our team are instructed to cease communication immediately. A supervisor will contact you 24 hours later, or on the next working day, to resolve any issues that you would like to raise in a calm and respectful manner. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.
We are here to help, and we ask that you show respect whilst we are assisting you in saying your final goodbye.
